From first contact to the viewing
- First contact and initial call
  We go through your questions about the property you have in mind, your intention to buy and the next steps.
- HomeAssist service and agreement
  We explain how the service runs, which tasks we take on and what it costs. Once the agreement is signed, we accompany you through the entire purchase.
- Property dossier in your language
  We put together an understandable summary of the property you selected, with the key figures and information your decision needs.
- Arranging the viewing
  We agree the date and arrange the viewing. You are free to travel under your own arrangements — and if you would like, we help with the journey and the local transfer as well.

On site
- Accompaniment on site
  We come with you to the viewing in person. We translate, we ask, and we point out every detail worth looking into more closely.
- Price negotiation on your behalf
  We know local prices and market conditions, and we negotiate with the seller representing your interests.
- Decision and offer
  We help you shape the offer properly, pass it on and coordinate the steps that follow.

Purchase and after
- A lawyer at your disposal
  We recommend an experienced Hungarian property lawyer. The sale contract is drawn up in Hungarian and German, so in your own language you can see exactly what you are signing and what obligations you are taking on.
- Support with official administration
  We help you find your way through the documents, the authorities and the further administrative steps around the purchase.
- Handover and transfer of contracts
  We see the handover through, record the meter readings, coordinate the transfer of the utility contracts — and do not leave you on your own after the purchase either.
