Lawyer, legal check and bilingual contract
An experienced Hungarian property lawyer checks the legal situation and draws up the contract. The sale contract is produced in Hungarian and in German.
Signing and deposit
Signature, deposit and a clear payment plan — along with unambiguous rules on currency and withdrawal.
Payment and transfer of title
Payment per plan, submission to the land registry, removal of existing charges.
Handover and after
Handover and written protocol
Keys, meter readings, condition and remaining contents — recorded in writing.
